AUDIT MODULE
The report is done when the walkthrough ends. What matters is what happens next.

Safety inspections from a phone — photos, risk ratings, and a report that goes out on the spot. Every finding becomes a task, and it can only be closed with evidence.

The walkthrough itself doesn't take long. Writing the report isn't impossible either. What's genuinely hard is answering, after twenty walkthroughs, what's still open, who owns it, and how long it's been sitting there.

A spreadsheet can hold one walkthrough. It can't hold a process.

1. The report is completed on site
Finding, photo, risk rating (severity × likelihood), recommended action — item by item, from a phone. At the end of the walkthrough it's emailed to the person responsible. Nothing left to do afterwards.

2. Every finding becomes a task
It doesn't end in the document. Each deviation goes to an owner with a deadline. No separate spreadsheet, no files going back and forth.

3. Closing requires evidence
The owner can only close an item by uploading evidence — a photo, a document. The person who ran the inspection, or the EHS team, reviews and accepts it. The whole chain stays traceable: finding → task → evidence → closure.

4. Anyone can use it
Not just safety professionals: any manager or team member whose job includes inspections. The template is configurable — a detailed risk-based inspection or a quick walk-around.

Not a project, no implementation cost. 30 days' notice to cancel — you don't have to commit long term to find out whether it works.

Ask for a sample report. It takes a minute to read, and says more than any description.
